This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. That nvdiia, I'd love to move to 4K but first the price tags have to come down. Last Light, Crysis 3, and Battlefield 4.
More likely they found one spot in one map where there was an odd slowdown, and root caused it. Re-install previous WHQL drivers and all is fine.

As for these drivers, used them last night for BF4 and they worked really well, great performance. Whilst I'm using a two monitors currently, I think I would prefer a continuous larger 4k display than to stick with multiple monitors. Hum new site lay-out Black screen graphiics every day. When it comes ggraphics applying this release, the installation steps should be a breeze, as each manufacturer tries to make them as easy as possible so that each user can update the GPU on their own and with minimum risks however, check to see if this download supports your graphics chipset.

But I love your site by the way and am an avid reader. I can see 4K being used for image creation but for gaming, we really don't need it. It's not, i unticked it and do not have it on my pc.

It seems that gforce experience is now a compulsory installation. I then chose to install gforce experience as well as the display driver and physx and then the installation was successful. I'll be on BF4 tonight - I'll see then if it's any different.
Honestly it's not to the point where it's decent enough to use, it's an expensive product, and I find my p dual monitor setup to be more of a use than a huge resolution screen. Maybe it's a 2Gb card issue but, the third is always super 331.8 when running videos from a high bitrate file.
I hope this fixes the triple monitor issues i've been having as well.
